CANCELLATION POLICY

This business enforces a cancellation policy and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows or late cancellations. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 60% of the service total will be charged. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, 100% of the service total will be charged. Arriving more than 10 minutes late is considered a no-show, and the full fee will apply. A non-refundable deposit is required for select services at the time of booking. You are allowed to reschedule once using the same deposit, as long as the change is made more than 48 hours in advance. If you attempt to reschedule within the 48-hour window or attempt to reschedule a second time, the deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to book a new appointment. **Clients who are sick or symptomatic will be asked to reschedule.
